Special Considerations for this project: This project was completed while Unicoi Lodge and Restaurant was open.  Barricades were necessary and work required scheduling around peak restaurant hours with special consideration given to noise generating activities.  Also, the completion schedule was critical for the entire project.  This space was necessary for previously booked conferences by Unicoi.   The schedule was monitored daily to assure completion of each critical item on time.
