The Housing Authority of Cleveland project is a commercial remodeling project.  RCC-I remodeled 26 units of government housing while the units were occupied.  The renovations consisted of new heating and air conditioning systems, new HVAC closets, plumbing improvements, new playground, and all interior finishes.
