The Housing Authority of Clarkesville project is a commercial remodeling project.  RCC-I remodeled 200 units of government housing while the units were occupied.  The renovations consisted of new heating and air conditioning systems, new HVAC closets, plumbing improvements, new roofing, vinyl siding, and all interior finishes.
