The Hall County Library Projects consists of the renovation of the headquarters building as well as three branch libraries.  The projects involve extensive renovation of each building while it remains open for business.  Renovating an occupied structure requires much more coordination between all parties as well as intensive scheduling to ensure timely completion of work in a safe manner with quality workmanship.
