RCC-I specializes in design build construction for both new construction and commercial renovation projects. We retain the services of professional architects and engineers to ensure high quality construction. We have extensive experience in helping our clients assess their needs to develop an owner's program. This is then used to design a building which meets those needs. RCC-I has in house decorating professionals to aid in all phases of interior and exterior design. Also, we have limited CAD drawing capabilities to help conceptualize project requirements for budgeting purposes.
